BazaarBound Intellectual Property & Content Policy – Worldwide

1. Scope & Application


This Intellectual Property (IP) & Content Policy applies to all vendors, service providers, buyers, and visitors of BazaarBound.com (“BB”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a global multi-vendor marketplace for digital products, AI tools, and professional services.


It is enforceable worldwide, including but not limited to:


North America: USA, Canada, Mexico


Latin America: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia


Europe: EU, UK, EEA, Switzerland


Asia: China, Japan, India, Southeast Asia


Middle East: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Israel


Africa: South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt


Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands


BazaarBound complies with global IP regulations including:


Berne Convention, TRIPS Agreement, WIPO Copyright Treaty


Marrakesh & Rome Conventions, Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances


U.S. DMCA, EU Copyright Directive, UK Copyright, Designs & Patents Act


This policy applies equally regardless of user location, currency, or jurisdiction.


2. Intellectual Property Ownership


All products, services, AI-generated outputs, text, images, audio, video, software, and code on BB are the property of their respective creators and protected under copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws worldwide.


Vendors and service providers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights, licenses, or permissions to sell, deliver, or distribute their work in all countries where it is offered.


Service Deliverables: Unless otherwise agreed between buyer and provider, ownership of deliverables transfers to the buyer only after full payment.


AI Tools & Prompts: Vendors must disclose if content is AI-generated and confirm it does not violate third-party rights.


By submitting products, services, or content to BB, vendors grant BB a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to display, market, and distribute their content for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.


3. Prohibited Conduct


You may not:


Upload or list infringing, pirated, or stolen content.


Offer services that involve illegal data scraping, plagiarism, or copyright violations.


Use BB’s trademarks, branding, or content without written consent.


Circumvent or bypass technological protection measures on any digital content.


4. Global Infringement Reporting


If you believe your work has been used without authorization, submit a takedown notice including:


Your legal name, address, and contact info


Proof of ownership (copyright/trademark registration, or verifiable evidence)


Exact URLs of infringing products/services


Jurisdiction and applicable law


A sworn statement that the claim is accurate

For U.S. cases, BB follows DMCA procedures; for other regions, we comply with relevant international and regional frameworks.


5. Vendor & Service Provider Responsibilities


All vendors and providers must:


Verify compliance with IP laws in their jurisdiction and the buyer’s jurisdiction.


Obtain valid licenses for any third-party content used in products or deliverables.


Maintain documentation proving ownership or authorization.


Ensure AI models, prompts, or automation agents do not use illegal or restricted datasets.


6. AI-Generated Content Standards


AI-generated products, prompts, music, videos, and automation agents must:


Not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.


Avoid generating harmful, illegal, or defamatory material.


Disclose AI involvement where relevant, especially when it affects ownership or rights transfer.


7. Enforcement & Penalties


BB reserves the right to:


Remove infringing products or services without notice.


Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in repeated infringement.


Withhold earnings from infringing sales or service payments.


Block users by account, IP, or region.


Cooperate with global authorities or pursue legal action for damages.


No jurisdictional limitation applies to BB’s enforcement rights.


8. Limitation of Liability


BazaarBound acts as an intermediary and is not liable for user-generated content or service outcomes, except where required by law. Vendors and providers bear full responsibility for any infringement claims.


9. Policy Updates


This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in law, technology, or BB operations. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest version.
