Terms & Conditions – Worldwide (BazaarBound)

1. Introduction

 

Welcome to BazaarBound.com (“BB”, “we”, “our”). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and our related policies (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Content & IP Policy, Community Guidelines). If you do not agree, discontinue use.

 

2. Definitions

 

Digital Product: Downloadable templates, music, graphics, software, etc.

 

Service: Work performed by a vendor/provider (design, development, AI work, consulting, etc.).

 

Vendor / Provider: Seller or professional listing products/services.

 

Buyer / Client: Purchaser of products or services.

 

3. Marketplace Role

 

BB provides a platform to connect buyers and vendors. Except for BB-owned listings, we are not a party to contracts. Vendors must maintain product links for at least 12 months and are responsible for delivery quality. BB offers dispute resolution but does not guarantee service outcomes.

 

4. Accounts & Eligibility

 

You must be 18+ or of legal age in your jurisdiction. Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for all account activity.

 

5. Delivery

 

Products: Delivered instantly via secure links.

 

Services: Delivered through BB’s platform with agreed timelines and file-sharing. Buyers must provide required input promptly to avoid delays.

 

6. Payments & Taxes

 

Prices are displayed at checkout. Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes and fees.

BB may charge vendors or Service Provider a commission.

Unjustified chargebacks will result in account suspension and recovery of funds and fees.

 

7. Refunds

 

Products: All sales are final. Replacements provided for faulty or inaccessible files.NO CASH/MONETARY REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED

 

Services: Refunds/partial refunds may apply for non-delivery or major deviation from agreed scope, following our dispute resolution process. Only After Going Through Our Resolution Process .

 

8. Vendor & Provider Duties

 

Vendors must own or have rights to all content, maintain delivery links, and comply with all laws. Providers must deliver work professionally, on time, and respect revision terms.

 

9. AI Content & Automation

 

AI-generated products, prompts, or services must not infringe rights, violate laws, or use unauthorized datasets. Vendors must disclose AI involvement when relevant.

 

10. Prohibited Activities

 

No unlawful conduct, malware, counterfeit goods, off-platform transactions, or attempts to bypass BB systems.

 

11. Intellectual Property

 

Vendors retain ownership but grant BB a license to market and display products. Buyers receive licenses as stated in product/service descriptions. BB follows DMCA, EU DSA, UK copyright law, and global IP treaties.

 

12. Privacy & Data Protection

 

Data is processed per our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPL, and other laws.

 

13. Liability & Indemnity

 

BB’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. You agree to indemnify BB for claims arising from your content, products, or conduct.

 

14. Termination

 

BB may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or legal reasons without notice.

 

15. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by Wyoming, USA law unless local law requires otherwise. Disputes are resolved via arbitration or courts in Wyoming. Class action waivers apply.

 

16. Changes

 

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
